Source Standard

Membership does not guarantee a passing result.

Evidence and documented review should determine findings and status.

Independent acquisition

Source Standard controls random sample selection and independently purchases products through regular website orders. A handpicked vendor vial does not satisfy routine surveillance.

Conflicts and commercial relationships

Commercial referrals, fulfillment arrangements, and other relevant relationships must not determine laboratory interpretation, publication, or membership decisions. Relevant conflicts should be disclosed with the affected public decision.

Visible accountability

Completed failed and inconclusive findings belong in the public history. Material corrections must explain changes. Review, suspension, removal, and reinstatement are separate documented decisions.

Raise a concern

Share the profile link, the published claim, and supporting evidence. Keep confidential supplier and patient information out of the initial public inquiry.

Commercial relationships must not govern test decisions.
