Source Standard

RANDOM PURCHASES. PUBLIC RESULTS.

Independent testing for research peptide vendors.

We independently purchase products from participating vendors and publish the laboratory results so you can see the evidence.

Random catalog purchases, multiple times a year. We pick a product from the vendor’s catalog at a randomly chosen time and buy it like any customer, so there is nothing to prepare and no sample to hand-pick.

HOW IT WORKS

From a purchase to public evidence.

A repeatable process that connects a regular customer order to independent laboratory findings and a public record.

See the process
  1. 01

    A vendor joins

The vendor joins Source Standard and agrees to independent purchases, laboratory testing, and public results.

Initial testing takes place within 3 months of joining. Every participating vendor is then tested multiple times a year.

  2. 02

    We choose and buy

Multiple times a year, we randomly select a product and buy it like a regular customer. Vendors get no advance notice.

Source Standard chooses both the product and the timing, using the vendor’s regular ordering process.

  3. 03

    An independent lab tests

An independent laboratory checks the sample’s identity and measures its purity.

The report records the product, lot, test date, and findings. Each result stays connected to the specific sample and identified lot.

  4. 04

    We publish the results

We publish the results on the vendor’s public profile so anyone can review the evidence.

Review the laboratory report alongside the finding, then look through earlier tests, follow-up results, and corrections.

THE PUBLIC RECORD

What you see on a profile.

Membership details, tested products, and laboratory findings in one place. Each result stays connected to its sample and lot.

WHY INDEPENDENT TESTING

Evidence starts with the purchase.

How a product reaches the laboratory matters. Independent selection gives buyers a record beyond the vendor’s own claims.

Why we exist

We buy like a regular customer.

Orders go through the vendor’s website, using the same checkout any buyer would use, so results reflect what customers actually receive.

A random catalog purchase, at a random time.

We pick the product from the vendor’s live catalog and choose when to order. Vendors get no advance notice, so there is no way to prepare or rig the result.

Testing continues throughout the year.

Multiple tests each year build a history of evidence about specific products and lots.

Every result is published.

Every finalized result is published, pass or fail. Purity of 95% to below 98% means Corrective Action Required and one unannounced retest within 45 days; below 95%, a wrong peptide, or a failed retest means immediate suspension for at least six months.

BEYOND THE COA

A lab report is only as good as its sample.

A genuine COA can still tell the wrong story if nobody knows where the sample came from.

Read our story
  1. A real report for this product.

Reports come from the laboratory for products we purchased, not borrowed or reused paperwork.

  2. A sample nobody hand-picked.

We choose at random and buy like a regular customer, so the vendor cannot select what is tested.

  3. Clear limits.

Each result describes what was measured on the sample tested, and nothing more.
