Corrections Policy
We want every profile and published record to be accurate. Anyone can ask us to review one.
How to request a correction
Use the correction request form or email info@sourcestandard.org. Include the profile link or Vendor ID, what is incorrect, and any supporting documents.
What we review
Company details, membership status, dates, and published testing information. We check each request against our records and, where relevant, the laboratory report.
How changes are made
When a correction is confirmed, we update the record. Changes to a company name keep the previous profile link working so existing references still resolve.
What does not change
Completed laboratory results are not edited at a vendor's request. Questions about a result are reviewed with the laboratory.
